How to Cancel O2 Contract and keep my number

  • Please note that your contract will end 30 days after O2 receives your request to leave.
  • You’ll need to pay any outstanding charges on your account.
  • Call 202 free of charge from your mobile phone and give your 30 days’ notice.
  •  Request a PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) by texting PAC to 65075.
  • Your PAC code will be valid for 30 days after it was supplied to you.
  • You’ll need to switch your number to your new provider within 30 days else you’ll have to request a new PAC code.
